1. Lobby to change the law that dogs and all pets are treated like humans and not like property.

2. Get a system going in the police stations for criminal events with animals

3. Create a law that Frenchies cannot be sold for more than $1k

4. This foundation will create a full system for people who have been robbed of their pets.
